With over 25 years of experience in creative communications, Pascal now co-leads his own agency. As a creative strategist, he has orchestrated international campaigns and ensures that brands resonate strongly with their audiences. At Archipel, he uses his creativity to craft unique experiences and inspire teams with remarkable strategic insight. In addition to his passion for strategy, he is passionate about team sports; as an active ultimate Frisbee player and a baseball and volleyball coach for his children, he is always thinking about the best ways to improve performance and team cohesion.
